…but not until the rain delay is finished. There really are very few downsides to my internship with Athletics Communications, but one of them would have to be sporadic work hours on weekends. I’m going to be at the ballpark for a majority of my Sunday afternoon, which wouldn’t be too bad if it weren’t for the mountain of homework looming at my desk at home. Oops.

On football saturdays all the students are expected to be at the press box 3 hours prior to kickoff. That means I’ll be getting up around 7:30. Joy. But I’m pretty excited that I’ll be doing spotting for television/radio tomorrow. I’ve never done it before so I’m pretty pumped to see how things go.

It’s actually going to be a very laid back week in terms of how much work I need to do in the office.  I’ll be covering some hockey later in the week and helping out with men’s basketball media day as well.

I just got done updating stats for the baseball team and I’ll be heading over the press box at Ohio Stadium for the Friday afternoon press box setup. I’ll post links soon to the stories I’ve done for OhioStateBuckeyes.com
